1. Right of withdrawal — individual customers in the European Union
In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, consumer customers have a period of 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to provide any reason.

2. Products excluded from the right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised.
The following are excluded from the right of withdrawal:
- personalised artworks or creations, including customised oar blade colours, personalised text, specific finishes or models produced on request;
- bespoke creations made according to a customer's specific requirements.
Standard products from the collection that are neither personalised nor bespoke remain eligible for the right of withdrawal under the applicable legal conditions.
3. Return conditions
To be accepted, a product must:
- be new, unused and undamaged;
- be returned in its original packaging or in packaging offering equivalent protection;
- be returned within 14 days following notification of the decision to withdraw.
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused or subject to a reduction in reimbursement if the product has been handled beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and proper condition.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of our error or a non-conforming product.
4. Refund process
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will inform the customer whether the refund request has been approved or rejected.
If the return is approved:
- the refund will be processed within 14 days;
- the refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original order, unless otherwise agreed;
- the original delivery costs will be refunded within the limits provided by law, excluding additional costs resulting from an express or special delivery method chosen by the customer.
5. Product received damaged, defective or not as described
If a product arrives damaged, defective or not in accordance with the order, the customer must contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours of delivery, at:

- photographs of the parcel, internal packaging and product.
This information enables us to assess the situation and, where appropriate, submit a claim to the carrier.
Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a repair, replacement, reshipment or refund.
6. Lost or undelivered parcels
If a parcel is not received, an investigation may be opened with the carrier. The customer agrees to provide any information necessary for the handling of this investigation.
No final solution may be offered while the carrier's investigation is ongoing, unless otherwise required by law.

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If a customer wishes to obtain a different model, they must return the original product if eligible and then place a new order through the website.
