1. Delivery areas

We ship rowing artworks within mainland France and to countries within the European Union.

For deliveries outside the European Union, a prior request may be sent by email to info@atelier-christophe-r.art. Feasibility, delivery times and any applicable fees will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

2. Production and time before shipping

Each rowing artwork is made to order.

The estimated production time is 3 to 4 weeks before shipment, unless otherwise stated on the product page or communicated after the order is placed.

This period includes manufacturing, preparation, quality control and secure packaging of the artwork.

Orders are prepared and shipped from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

3. Delivery times after shipment

Once the artwork has been shipped, delivery times vary depending on the destination and carrier.

As an indication:

  • Mainland France: 2 to 5 business days;
  • European Union: 4 to 8 business days.

These delivery times are provided for information purposes only and may vary depending on carriers, peak periods, customs procedures or exceptional circumstances.

4. Shipping costs

Shipping is free within mainland France and the European Union for rowing artworks from the collection.

For destinations outside the European Union, shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes or administrative fees may apply. Such costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing before the order is placed.

5. Secure packaging

Each artwork is carefully packaged to ensure its protection during transport. The 3D relief elements are protected, the internal cushioning is reinforced and a suitably sized shipping box is used.

6. Order tracking

Once the order has been shipped, the customer will receive a confirmation email including a tracking number whenever one is provided by the carrier.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their email address and delivery address are accurate when placing an order.

7. Delivery and damage

Upon receipt of the parcel, the customer should inspect the external condition of the package and, where possible, the condition of the product.

In the event of visible damage, the customer is encouraged to make reservations with the carrier and contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours of delivery, providing:

  • photographs of the parcel;
  • photographs of the internal packaging;
  • photographs of the product;
  • the order number.

This information is necessary to process the matter promptly and, where appropriate, submit a claim to the carrier.

8. Address errors

If the delivery address provided by the customer is incorrect, delivery may fail or be delayed.

If the parcel must be re-shipped after the address has been corrected, any additional shipping costs may be charged to the customer.

9. Lost or undelivered parcels

If a parcel has not been received after the expected delivery period, an investigation may be opened with the carrier.

Atelier Christophe-R will keep the customer informed of the progress of the investigation and will propose an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable legal obligations.

10. Customs duties and international taxes

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes or administrative fees may apply.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Customs inspections may also result in longer delivery times.
